States have lined up to discredit Puissancevise's recent actions involving religion purging. Many States participating are led by socialist or communist, atheist leaders.

In a official statement sent out by the chairman of the committee of Socialist States,Darastrix Maekrix, it reads that though Mavorpen supports the fall of religion, it must be made by the individual, and not the state.

"While I believe religion to do more harm than good as well, this is oppression, and is unacceptable." Darastrix writes.

The use of the term oppression may be the perfect word to use when describing the recent actions, as, though, no one is being harmed physically, the suppression of ideas is more than prominent.

However, that is not to say oppression is truly a bad thing, especially if religion is a mental illness, as Premier James Whetson reaffirmed his belief in a follow up interview.

"It (religion) is treated because it is a mental illness"

Obviously, that is up (and has been up for centuries) for serious debate.

Other's reaction to the story ranges.

In a telegraph sent by the Premier Xanicea, Ivan Vroronin, he states that though he does not support the actions taken by Premier Whetson, he has no ground to issue any verbal attack/warning to Puissancevise or it's people.

"Why should you impose your own ideals on a nation, when you are shunning said nation for imposing its own ideals on its people? While Xanicea is protesting this ban via trade embargoes, we are not pursuing military action in the near future, as we see it as 'stooping to their level', so to speak".

Of course, others are not so forgiving.

The Holy Empire of Kamaynilaan has already declared Puissancevise an enemy of the state. And says that the actions are against humanity. Their official statement reads:

"It is clear that this heathen nation would rather exterminate men of every creed, including the creed we hold the dearest, than coexist. This is a clear and present danger to humanity!"

The story is slowing dying down, however the debate will surly continue. Is there a God? And if so, what will happen to those nations that decided to declare him/her useless and or fake?

It has been one of the breaking stories of the morning, Puissancevise has decided to ban religion in it's state. The news comes after it's Premier, James Whetstone announced that religious protesters are being rounded up and sent to mental hospitals.

"My nation will surely benefit from this action." Whetstone said in a telegraph.

As the leader of a communist state, Whetstone says that his main objective is to allow everyone to do what they want, as long as they are earning it. The goal of his government,

"Prosperity...When someone can do whatever they want to do, with no cost to do it but hard work".

When asked if religion could be included in this, Puissancevise compared it to talking imaginary clowns.

"It would be the same as letting a person believe they were talking to magical clowns at the supermarket... It is being taken care of."

With the average income tax of 68%, it may not be too troubling for churches, as it is almost impossible to believe they were receiving the usual ten percent that most religions ask for.

Lastly, when asked about the techniques being used on the soon-to-be atheists, Whetson said a combination of Scientific explanations, logical based philosophy and extensive counseling. At this point in time there is no reason for the worldly to feel that anyone is being physically harmed due to their beliefs.
